These terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from FeederFish Supply. By placing an order, you agree to them. This is a general template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before launch.

Products & live animals

We sell live aquatic animals (guppy feeder fish). Live animals are perishable and sensitive to handling and environment. By ordering, you acknowledge they require prompt receipt, proper acclimation, and appropriate care after delivery.

Orders & pricing

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or shipping restrictions in your area.
  • Quantities are hand-counted with a courtesy overage; counts are approximate within that overage.

Subscriptions

  • Bi-weekly subscriptions automatically renew and bill on a recurring basis until canceled.
  • You may skip, pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account before the next billing date.
  • Recurring charges are processed by our payment provider; you authorize them by subscribing.

Shipping & live arrival

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and Live Arrival Guarantee, which are incorporated into these terms. Please review both before ordering.

Returns

Because we ship live animals, we do not accept returns of livestock. Issues with your order are handled through our Live Arrival Guarantee. Contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content, branding, and images are the property of FeederFish Supply or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for losses arising after fish are introduced to your system or for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
